Place the patch on or near the center of the pain. Never place them on open wounds or irritated skin. Peel them gently from the paper and apply. Through away after use.

I have used the patches for back pain near the scapula. Originally I placed the patch near the spasm, then tried the corresponding spine/rib area. Then remembered Steve mentioning the meridians that are used in acupuncture/ acupressure. THAT WAS IT! I did a little research and found 5 areas on the body that affected the upper back and neck. I applied pressure to two locations and the second one was it. I then placed the pain patch as indicated near my inner elbow and it instantly eased the pain. THANK YOU! It would be great to have a chart to refer to on your site. Thanks again.
