What are the dimensions of the small and standard Wellness Band?

The dimensions of our Small white band is 6"- 8" circumference that can fit wrists in size from  5.5"- 7.5"

The dimensions of our Standard band is 7"- 9"  and it can fit wrists in size from  6.5" -  8.5"

A quick way to measure your wrist size for our bands as reported by our Customers is to

take your thumb and middle finger and put them around your wrist.

If they *don’t* touch = Standard Size Band 

Touch = Standard Size Band
Over lap = Small Size Band
