BodyAlign has been struggling to maintain our international markets however with the recent closure of shipping to several markets by our shipping provider USPS, we have now started suggesting a third-party shipping company to use to receive our products in your area.
If you do not see your country on the drop-down list of countries during checkout or when using our shipping rate calculator, we are currently unable to ship to you and this FAQ is for you.
For our Australian customers, we have now returned to shipping to Australia on March 25th, 2022.
Once a customer makes a free account with this company they will provide the customer with a U.S address to use, the image below is the free customer account membership plan highlighted that the customer should select if they are just ordering from us:
The customer then fills out the information in this section pictured below, the referral code will be automatically input if you use the links above to visit the website and this refers to us. Shipito requires that your password contains an uppercase letter and a special character ( #, @, $ ) At that point an email will be sent to your email address and your must use it to verify your email address and activate your account, once you do that and log back in your US shipping address to use for any order is emailed to you and that will be the channel of communication that the customer will have with Shipito. The last email and US address should look like this:
Please create your order and have it sent to the U.S address that the they provide. Once the third-party shipping company receives the products they reach out to the customer via email and at the point the customer and the third party shipping company then decide on shipping and payment for the rest of transit to your location.
With the use of this third-party shipping company, BodyAlign will be involved with the order up until the third-party shipping company successfully receives the product. If there is a shipping issue that occurs and the third-party shipping company does not receive the customer's order, BodyAlign will assist, and please email us at support if that occurs.
