How do I write and submit a product review?

As you are viewing the website and the product page for the product you would like to write and submit a review for, near the bottom of the page will be the customer reviews for the products. Please click on the write a review link as pictured in the image below on the right above the reviews:

Next you will see this page, please rate the product you are reviewing:

Here below we ask for an image of the customer using the product, this is for full testimony submissions that are eligible to be posted on our website as well as our offer of a 20% off discount code if submitted, you can skip this part at the bottom right:

Here below will be the written testimony and product review: 

Lastly in this image below the customer provides first and last name as well as an email address. We will receive the review at customer support and will be able to reply and forward the reviews to the correct team members. We will also send the 20% off discount code via email.
